We always followed a strict cleaning schedule, but we have upped it and are cleaning everything that bit extra.
At the cafe, we are asking customers to keep 2 metres apart when waiting for orders. We are also setting up our space, i.e. use of a table separation, so that no touching of items are needed when handing over orders.
We are keeping our staff team to a limit, helping to manage track and trace better. All staff are washing their hands more regularly. Staff with any symptoms are self isolating immediately.
